Circle of Self-Empowerment
The 15-minute spiral of seven frequencies
A guided pass through seven brainwave bands — from epsilon (half a cycle per second) to lambda (200) — about two minutes each, spiraling down to a burst at the center.
Why, per Bashar. “14 to 15 minutes is all that's necessary in any given day. Beyond that, it kind of gets fuzzy.” The promise: smoother transitions between states and “an extreme increase… of synchronicity” after one to three months of practice.
- Sit, set a 15-minute timer. Start at epsilon: one cycle every two seconds, paced by the breath.
- Follow the spiral: epsilon → delta → theta → alpha → beta → gamma → lambda, about two minutes per band.
- At the center — the burst: energy goes out into the cosmos and cross-connects back to epsilon.
- Stop at exactly 15 minutes. Audio frequency tracks are his explicitly sanctioned option.
